Trail:
The rides will run in a figure eight loop, with an out vet check. Crews will
have limited access, crew bags can be sent out to the check. Hay, water and
lunch will be provided by ride management. The trail is of moderate
difficulty in the Pine Nut Mountain Range. There are several rocky creek
crossings in Eldorado Canyon which will be ridden at the start and finish of
all the rides. The trail has a variety of sandy and rocky terrain in a
wooded juniper and pine nut forest, with scenic views and rock formations.
Elevation ranges from 4,500 to 6,500. |
