| 1981 Virginia City 100 Winners - Becky Hart riding Khazan+ - 11 year old Arabian gelding - Riding Time 12:27. Records show 70 starters with 51 finishers Hillary Graham: "My first trail ride ever was on Khazan about 18 years ago (I was 8). Becky was riding Rio and Khazan was a loving and nurturing lesson horse at that time. I think that's the exact day I can say I was bitten by the endurance bug." Gina Hall: "I remember that year - she and Fred Emigh were racing. He was riding his stallion Mon Surbo." |
